Amendment to fire suppression permit # 641451 dated 11 2 2015, to reduce the private on-site main from four inches (4") to a two inch (2") diameter, with elimination of separate backflow devices on the separate two inch (2") fire services serving nfpa 13-r sprinkler systems in each residential unit.
