SCORE 56 101 N St Nw, Washington, Dc 20001 The purpose of the environmental site assessment is to evaluate the subsurface environment, where accessible, to determine if the past use of the property as a gasoline station or the past use of neighboring properties has impacted the subsurface soils and groundwater. The scope of service will involve using a hollow-stem auger drilling rig to complete the installation of 7 two-inch diameter groundwater monitoring wells feet below ground surface to facilitate the collection of groundwater samples. The wells will be constructed of gauge pvc with 10-slot well screen. Number 2 sand will be used around the screen with bentonite and grout to seal the well in place. During drilling operations soil samples will be collected, field screened and submitted for laboratory analysis.
