Scope of work contained to service building balcony:remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposurerepair/replace two (2) columns to match existingreplace portion of the 5" t&g soffit boards to match existingrepair/replace handrails to match existingto prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: white

Paint to match existing:walls... Light blueshutters... St. Ann bluedoors, windows... Off white

Repoint courtyard wall as necessary. Section consists of approximately located between the main and rear building.

Remove deteriorated mortar and repoint brick wall on dauphine elevation using vcc mortar formula, attached. This is in response to a violation. This is part of the work required to address the violation. (17-00656-dbnvcc)

Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply. An iron curb valve access port will be installed at sidewalk surface with below grade valve for emergency service isolation. Contact entergy gas ben taylor 504-595-3883 for questions.
