Location: merrimon ave n, left on gracelyn, right on woodvale.; zoning site plan permit application approved for deck addition to rear portion of existing legal non-conforming single family home. In accordance with udo sec. 7-10-2 (f) (3) an uncovered deck may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet (6?) to the side or rear property line. March 13, 2008 10:29:52 am smorgan; deck needs to be redesigned as a free standing deck. Also need more structural detail showing floor joist direction, post location, girder location.; received application and site plans.
