Perform full mods on units #1 & #2 to include the following: demo of cab finishes; machine room and hoistway equipment, flooring; install new fixtures, flooring, cab interiors, doors, ceilings, sills, rails, fascia, car aprons, hanger cover, struts, header, travelling cable, and signal equipment. Closing front entrances and adding rear entrances to the lobby floor (3rd level). Cutting, patching, wall cutouts in existing walls, wall penetrations, fire proofing, and fire rated closure to be done by others; all related electrical, fire, hvac to be done by others.

Fill in an existing 3 x 68 opening between two dwelling units with a 2-hour fire-rated assembly.

Remove less than sf of drywall from a non-structural, non-loading bearing wall framed with metal studs. Remove metal stud as necessary to allow for installation of door which was existing before. Install new door.
