Masonry work is to occur at the rear of the aforementioned address. A small wall--about 4 feet wide, by 28 feet tall--will have the brick mortar removed by manual means--no machines--to virtually eliminate the chance any brick mortar dust is produced. This is the wall adjacent to the basement rear exit door. The mortar joints will be cleaned out and then a lime-based mortar will be applied neatly, about two inches in depth. Reasonable and remarkable measures will be put in place to reduce the likelihood that construction debris reach the adjacent properties. Virtually all construction debris will be removed from the jobsite when the job is complete.
