Thanks sent from my iphone begin forwarded message: from: gary sanders date: may 25, 2016 at 6:19:15 pm edt to: jay eichhorn , building safety inspectors cc: mark matheny subject: 79 beaver dr. & 95 beaver dr. 79 beaver dr. & 95 beaver dr. The two projects that are currently under construction need to have an amendment to the permit. The on-site plans for the footings and the foundation walls do not match the work that is being done. They both have superior walls vs a scripted footings (ncrc) with block foundation wall. The footings were approved (5/23 & 4/26) with the condition that the contractor have the permit amended to match the work that is being done. As per mark matheny, a hold should be placed on all permits until the amendment has been approved. Thank you g
