Interior and exterior remodel

This house was previously a duplex where the second floor was mostly open space. Second floor was also demolished by the previous owner to the studs. I plan to divide the space (with 2 4 studs every 16 oc) to accommodate for 3 beds rooms, 1 full bath, 1 family room and a large utility closet laundry room. 36 inch interior doors on all bedrooms, aluminum ladder access to the attic, remove all "knob and tube" wire and replace with new circuits (separate permit), insulate all exterior walls and attic space. Finish with 1 2 inch drywall and a combination of flooring.
