Chap notice to proceed - replace 18 windows that are deteriorated beyond repair with renewal by anderson windows which are made of fibrex a composite wood material. Replacement windows will be sash packs that fit properly into the existing wood window surrounds. Replacement windows will match the historic windows in size type configuration form detail and overall appearance. The replacement windows will have exterior and interior simulated divided light muntins with an internal stainless space bar. The exterior color will be black. The window surrounds will also be painted black. Applicant to submit paint color to chap staff for review and approval. Replace exterior rear basement door with provia black steel door. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
