The proposed work consist on drilling twenty-one soil borings direct push technology, for soil and groundwater sampling. No monitoring wells will be installed. The depth of the soil borings is twenty-five feet and the diameter three inches. Soil borings will be backfilled according to applicable dc regulation -2 lbs bentonite 1 gallon water, as per site plan, work plan report, dc well schematic form and dc well construction application, for linens of the week project.

We will perform a total of two soil boring on the proposed site. The borings will be advanced to a depth of feet. The borings will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings will be drilled utilizing 4. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers and/or mud rotary drilling. The borings will be performed utilizing an atv-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings/auger probes will be backfilled with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water. Borehole/auger probe abandonment will be performed by tremie-grouting via a positive-displacement pump from the bottom of the borehole/auger probe.
