Removal of a 5 gallon underground fuel oil tank

Removal of 1 - 2,0 gallon gas ust

A total of two 6-inch diameter soil test borings will be drilled using 2. 25-inch continuous hollow stem flight augers. The borings will extend to a maximum depth of 25 feet below current site grades using a truck-mounted drill rig. The samples will be containerized in glass jars for geotechnical classification and laboratory testing. The borings will be left open for a period of 24 hours to collect groundwater information. A slotted pvc pipe will be inserted into each hole at the completion of drilling. The pvc pipe will be capped to prevent runoff from entering the bore holes. After groundwater reading the boreholes will be grouted with bentonite slurry 2 lbs of bentonite to 1 gallon of water and the auger cuttings and all other investigation derived waste idw will be containerized in sealed drums per ddoe permit.

Replace three old and dangerous stairs with new concrete stairs. This area is a courtyard between two building with alley access. This would create another legal egress for the building currently being built-out under permit #b1606798.

Renovate the first floor of the back building into a tavern. Work consists of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations as well as bar and equipment installation.
