Installation of new fire suppression system, fdc as per plans and calcs. 13 13r system, 4" service.

Complete demolition of 2 story masonry structure including foundations as per supplied plans and code bulletin 1302. Asbestos removal required prior to start of demolition.

Interior plumbing construction for a new (4)story detached structure for use as a (2)vacant commercial spaces on the 1st floor and (28)family dwelling units above - note: the sanitary house drain is pitched at 1 4" per foot and the storm house drain is pitched at 1 8" per foot minimum - the backflow prevention containment device which will be installed "by others" (separate permit required) shown on plan sheet p3 must be relocated to the house side of the water meter to be in compliance - all work per the approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - separate permit(s) required for exterior, sewer water connections to the city mains and the 3" backflow prevention containment device at the water meter
