Through out, replace defective 100a panel and breakers, replace torn wiring in basement, install additional spice boxes and covers in basement to eliminate overload, repair all visible open air splices in basement and stairway, reinstall 2-wire devices where necessary, replace all missing faceplates, install gfci outlets in place of existing devices where necessary, restore power to open circuit, install battery operated smoke alarms throughout house, mark all circuits in new service panel.
