Notice to proceed remove exsting vinyl deck boards guardrails post wraps balusters and trim from rear porch. Fill in deck stair frame with matching wood joists. Install new stair frame to the north of current deck. Replace deck flooring with composite material: style selection decking natural grey. Replace guardrails and post wraps with afco aluminum textured white. Replace balusters with feeney cablerail stainless steel. Replace trim with azek frontier board white. Remove approx. 32 feet of existing wood fence in rear yard. Install approx. 32 feet of 66 inch tall wood shadowbox fence (inlcuding 9. 5 long inswing gate) on property line. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files. As per code.
