Eye witness testimony and video proves that no infestation was present at time of inspection. Food safety certified person was present throughout the business day - certification posted on wall.

There is no food or drink being served the establishment is no longer a cafe - just a bookstore.

Apply new exterior stucco at facade on second and third floor per plans. Separate permits required for certificate of occupancy and any electrical work. Protect pedestrians & r-o-w during all construction activity
