Hunting ridge historical district - approved as per chap atp: remove 86 of chain link fence in rear and side yard. Replace with 74 of 4 tall chain link fence with one 3 wide gate and one wide double gate all of which is in similar location as existing. This chain link fence is not highly visible from the public right of way.

Authorization to proceed:hunting ridge historic district: work approved as per authorization to proceed: remove deteriorated slate roofing on the main roof of the house and on the free-standing garage replacing with north country unfading black slate. Work may include repair or replacement of underlying roof framing. Remove 3-tab roofing on front porch and rear addition and replace with gaf slateline asphalt shingles color to most closely match the north country unfading black slate. Replace deteriorated k-style white aluminum gutters on garage with same to match existing. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files. Replace roof on garage main house and front porch roofing material only - no structural alterations as per code

Hunting ridge historic district -on existing front porch floor replace tongue and groove flooring and up to 5 joists (approximately 5 sf). Existing railing wall to remain. Paint new flooring light gray (same as existing). All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
