Landlord fixed that spot, but feels the whole deck is unsafe rooton boards. Also may shake a bit. Pjk; july 8, 2013 5:39:06 pm willt. I inspected the walk boards at the rear deck at the address above and a few of them have been replaced. The remaining boards seem to be firm and in compliance with the city of asheville minimum housing code ordinance #3055. The boards are approximately 20+ years old and have been maintained (painted) i spoke with the landlord steve haun 828. Redacted phone number and he has agreed to replace all the boards within days. I am rescheduling a follow up inspection just to see that he has done that.
