Amend permit#com2011-10582 issued on 5/13/11 to add the following additional work: adding demolitions of plaster walls in bathroom (studs to remain) and new closets in bedroom. Closet door openings require 2x12 header because load bearing interior wall.

Interior work (194 sq ft) - swapping out 2 bathrooms putting new finishes on taking out existing plaster walls. Replacing drywall retiling. New floor & walls coverings - new painting & trim as per code.
