Exterior work - non-structural alterations - install 5 (five) vinyl replacement windows same size type and location as per code.

Install sump pump and drain tile as per code

Install a 3 bath in unit with kitchen sink as per code.

Install 35 electrical outlet 25 switches and 12 breakers as per code.

Replace gas furnace & ac and repair ductwork as per code. Gas by others

Interior demolition: category ii non-structural alterations interior work 1872 sq ft - basement: frame new walls add r21 insulation (exterior) drywall and paint. First floor: remove plaster lath & studs to partially remove non-load bearing walls; frame and add wall to close off 2nd staircase access paint drywall. Second floor: demo and remove plaster lathe & studs for non-load bearing wall install sub-flooring over existing staircase; remove existing door frame wall to close off. All per plans and per code.
