Building is structural steel and concrete core with precast concrete and glazing facade. The building includes five (5) elevators and two main staircase for access to the floors of the building.

For the installation of registers, diffusers and mechancial equipment with associated ductwork throughout a nine (9) story parking garage. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

Install 200amp temporary power for job site trailer for 6 months with no additional wiring as per 2008 nec (west district)

Amend permit #776627 per plans. Construct an elevator lobby on the first floor and add two highspeed passenger elevators to service the 9th and 10th floors. Elevator lobby is in the concrete core previously constructed under the base bldg permit.

Install new fire suppression system complying with nfpa 13 throughout the entire building including two (2) new 8" main fire service lines, 8" ames 2000ss backflow prevention assembly, ul listed fire pump complying with nfpa and four (4) standpipe risers complying with nfpa 14 as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

For the installation of two (2) construction trailers to serve previously approved pcam south tower expansion located on the 7th tier of previously approved 36 civic center blvd. Garage complex to serve pcam south tower project.
