(use) use space for day care center with up to children in the new rom 3 2 with the total capacity 38 children ages 0-5 years mon-fri 6 am-6pm all year round.

Use premises for a child care center for not more than children from 6am-6pm ( for part of a 24 hr day) - ages six weeks to 5 yrs old.

8 points of protection; low voltage security equipment. Work done to code.

Fire alarm system (1) fire alarm panel (10) devices as per plans as per code.

Install circuits for sign and outlet. Under ground.

Erect a 6 x 3 free standing sign on front of property. Sign to have internal dim lit illumination. Electric on separate permit.

The applicant will submit to chap for review and approval prior to installation: more detailed manufacturer specificaiton information about the lights specifically dimensions and brightness/color tone of the lights more detailed information locations of floodlights (type l) and clarification about the led tape. Patio will be concrete walls will be cmu faced with stone veneer and capped with precast concrete caps. The lighting plan has already been reviewed and approved. Note that details included in the package butnot assigned a location on the plans such as the bell gate signage and bollards will be considered when an updated site plan is submitted.
