Non-structural alterations - remove formstone clean cut and paint front of house as per code

Replace vandalized front storm door. Put storm windows on front for window(remove in spring). Replace motion activated security light on back of home. Replace basement storm door with security storm door. As per code.

Demolition of exterior brick wall of back yard at the alley(perimeter of yard).

Structural alterations: interior work: 13 sq ft: reframe the interior of the house per plans. Framing will be 2 x 4s 24" oc. Install insulation wall r-21 and ceiling r-49. Drywall paint floors and trim as per code. Exterior work: istall 6 new windows and 2 doors ( in existing opening) same size/location. Construct a seconfd floor deck and roof top deck per submitted plans. Decond floor deck 14 x 13 roof deck 14 x 13 staircase 36" wide risers @ 7" with 11" treads as per drawing/code.
