Due; har; building safety plan review waived: the general contractor certifies that he/she has reviewed the plans for this residential one- or two-family project and has found them to be in compliance and/or corrected the plans to show compliance with the prescriptive design of the nc state building code for residential construction. The general contractor has verified that the drawings are complete and include the minimum details needed for construction and inspection. Projects that require plan review assistance after the permit is issued are subject to 75 per hour plan review fee. The issuance of this permit does not reflect approval or acceptance of the building plan
