For the partial demolition of the interior of an existing building and the for renovation of interior spaces to reconfigure an existing restaurant and basement level for kitchen areas; alterations also to include a new elevator stop to the basement mezzanine level and two (2) new interior accessible ramps. Renovations in encroachments approved via ordinances #110436 & #120817. Separate permits required for hvac, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.

To amend permit #461902 to reflect changes in the scope of the project to include the installation of a light tube. All work shall comply with the approved plans. This work activity shall be performed by contractors & sub-contractors licensed by the city of philadelphia. This is a full sprinklered atrium building.

This work activity shall be performed by contractors and sub-contractors licensed by the city of philadelphia. This is a fully sprinjlered builind with a non-sprinklered vestibule.
