Newport estates unit 5 -- install 1" water meter. Temporary water paid for 6 months from date of issuance. Curb, gutter, sidewalks, driveways and any other frontage improvements damaged during home construction shall be remove and replaced or repaired to the satisfaction of the engineering inspector prior to permit final. This lot shall comply with the state water efficient landscaping ordinance. All compliance certification documents shall be received by the city prior to permit final.

Remove existing driveway and sidewalk to existing joint, and replace with ada landing area and expanded driveway section. All new concrete shall be 6" concrete on 4" ab. Remove existing driveway concrete behind sidewalk to find sewer service and install sewer cleanout (city detail 401).
