Remove and relocate existing supply diffusers and return grilles in exam rooms and waiting area; install new supply diffuser and relocated return grille in patient prep room all with associated ductwork to tie-in with existing hvac system. Separate permit required for any electrical work

F&i 4-water closets, 22-lavs, 1-clinical sink & 1-mop receptor, all new branch domestic water piping & sanitary piping will be connected to existing piping (hospital)
