SCORE 56 -dpt sample collection on federal property a direct-push technology rig for collection of subsurface soil samples will be required for the field effort. The site is located within a developed area, however site conditions i. E., local terrain and obstacles are unknown. An all-terrain or track mounted geoprobe direct push rig with the rotary head e. G., 7822dt or equivalent e. G., 81 rotary sonic rig is preferred. A total of 12 dpt locations, advanced to a maximum of feet are anticipated for the field effort. The mc5 soil sampling system, with 1. 5-inch id cutter and 48-inch sample tube shall be used for dpt sample collection. The subcontractor shall provide the 48-inch heavy duty core liners for collecting soil cores and cutting tools to expose the soil core for sampling.
