Chap notice to proceed - all work to be completed as per plans in chap files. Repair brick as per code repoint to match as needed. Reseal roof as per code as needed. Install rear yard car pad as per plans on file and per code. Scrape and repaint to match side elevation bump outs and rear wood porch wall as per code. Install new double hung vinyl windows in rear elevation to fit original openings as per code. Install new double hung wood windows in front and side elevation as per code to fit original windows and retain and paint trim and sash to match original color.

Replace galvanized water lines with cpvc water lines for (3) bathrooms reconstruct water (3) kitchens--replace 3/4" cpvc risers for each floor same location as per code

Install smoke carbon detectors throughout. Install lighting fixtures (replacements) on 1st and 3rd floors as per code.
