Interior work 8 sqft: exterior work: remove all damage plaster and drywall from interior walls and ceiling first and second floors. Install 1 2" drywall to existing studs; remove any exposed insulation replace to code. Walls and ceilings. Remove all interior doors (10) replace same size same opening. Remove and replace exterior back and basement door same size same opening. Repair second floor back bedroom window jam. Replace same window install 1 2" flooring paint and install cabinets others trade will pull own permits
