Mpm owner says that grading contractor will come in asap to submit grading application. Mpm; sherwood heights subdivision addition received final approval 9/10/91.; entered by sb; traffic engineering approved as planned. Must provide 18" drainage pipe under drive entrance aprons. Must contact steve snyder of engr dep 48 hours prior to drive entrance consatruction at redacted phone number. Drive entrance inspection is required prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. End traffic engineering ; left message as to how much grading to be done -talked with owner. The grading contractor will come in to apply for the grading permit asap.; based on permit data, this project would require an active intermediate general contractors license.
