For the complete demolition of all of the structures on 310- w girard ave and 1176 n 3rd street ; the structure on 1176 n 3rd street ave will be demolished using mechanical methods (see demolish plan for details). All work to be done in a horizontal manner. Protection of pedestrians to be maintained during all demolition activities.
