Rec amendment revised application for filling in sink hole and put in new drain line from gutter to drain into yard drain fro terry guriel;additinal land disturbance amount;sls; march 19, 2013 2:37:56 pm ssalyer. Contractor needs to obtain city license;sls; repair failed drainage culvert (5 sf disturbance) approved - no additional conditions; there appears to be a jurisdictional stream conveyed by this pipe. The applicant is responsible for obtaining all required approvals from applicable federal and/or state agencies. City of asheville jurisdiction is outside of the normal high water lines of the stream, in this case outside the pipe. Provide sufficient erosion control to prevent sediment from entering into the pipe during repairs. Engineering inspection requests must be made at least 24 hours
