Interior work 322 sqft: underpinning of front & rear walls starting 16 from party wall. New basement slab x24 basement area 4 sqft gravel and concrete sump pump by others ( as per sketch & as per code ).

Complete interior and exterior rehab - work to include framing drywall trim flooring stairs windows and doors exterior stairs to grade. New kitchen new bath new skylight clean and paint exterior cornice new gutters downspouts. Demo/remove 1 area

Interior work 288 sqft: add 2x4 bearing studs which support the ends of the roof lvl beams at the existing party walls to the existing basement footings. ( prior contractor did not complete bearing to the basement.) add anchors between the existing brick

Demo interior-gut only no exterior as per code. Remove drywall windows doors non bearing walls roofing flooring debris removing more than 1/3 structural & stablizing unit until rehab plans are filed per permit

( prior contractor did not complete bearing to the basement.) add anchors between the existing brick wall and existing wood stud construction. Add bracing to the junction between the brick and stud construction at front and rear roof framing. Add additional support framing to support walls at front and rear roof framing. Remove weight and bearing off the front and rear walls by framing members. Remove temporary cinder block from window openings for window measurements. We would like to measure and order the windows for this unit ( as per sketch & as per code ). No underpinning on this permit
