The following prep work will be done to allow for the installation of a bruno battery powered customer curved stairlift at the front entrance of the home. The existing steps are concrete and face the street. A new set of wood steps with a platform at the top will be built adjacent to the home, according to code. The deck, will be built using presure treated lumber and will have railing and hardware as required by code. Two concrete footings will be poured, 36"below grade. New deck will be approximately 3x3. 5. There will be 3 steps. The exisitn railing will be removed from the porch. The existing concrete over hang will be cut to be flush with the front of the home. The existing porch witll be built up usin 2x and 5 4" deck boards to be flush with the door threshold to eleminate the steps into the home. All new railing will install with spindles.
