Rehabilitation (non-gut) of a 3 story two dwelling unit. To include; masonry wall & cornice point up and repairs install new yr. Mineral sheet roof w/accessories repair front entry precast steps. Remove plaster and drywall from existing particians

Stabilize building including floor roof and steps. As per code.

Clean and dispose of all existing trash and debris laminate existing walls as needed. Replace all existing windows decorate with new cabinets painting carpet and tile flooring
