For the erection of a new temporary pedestrian bridge in accordance with city ordinance bill #150003, to include new steel truss structure erection, safety glazing installation with gasketed framing, rated fire barrier installation, and rated fire opening protectives. For conditional approval to document the relocation of the existing lot lines as per city ordinance bill no. 160808; for the erection of a detached structure with four (4) elevation pedestrian bridges, and one (1) connecting tunnel to underground pedestrian street tunnel, sizes and locations as shown on plan application. For use as a hospital on floors 1 through 14, one (1) vacant commercial space on floor 1, five (5) vacant commercial spaces on floor 2 (use registration required prior to occupancy of vacant spaces), with six-hundred-and-sixty-five (665) non-accessory accessory underground parking spaces (including fourteen (14) accessible spaces and two (2) van-accessible spaces), one-hundred-and-fifty (150) accessory class 1a bicycle parking spaces, and ten (10) accessory off-street loading spaces. No signs on this permit.

For the complete demolition of an existing semi-detached five (5) level parking garage structure by mechanical methods to be monitored at all times a professional engineer licensed by the commonwealth of pennsylvania. All permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plan & such plan to be maintained on site at all times in accordance with code bulletin b-1302. Full sidewalk closure required as reflected on approved site plan and in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate street closure permit required prior to start of work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit.
