The scope of this project is for the renovation of the existing kitchen. Work includes the demolition of the existing kitchen cabinetry, lighting, and hvac distribution. Removal of non load bearing interior walls including the pantry enclosure, the wall separating the kitchen from the existing dining room, laundry closet and service corridor wall. All appliances, with the exception of the microwave, shall be removed and replaced in kind. New appliance locations are to be generally unchanged from their previous locations. A new range hood shall be provided and vented through the existing location. New cabinets and counter tops, hvac distribution, recessed lighting and outlets shall be provided throughout the kitchen. A new wood floor shall be installed on top of the existing and new paint will be provided throughout.
