The project consist of the addition of the third floor to a 2 storytownhouse. The third floor will receive the following spaces: 2 bedrooms, 1 master closet, 1 master bathroom with steam room. The laundry closet, currently located in the 2nd floor will be moved to the third floor. A roof deck, accessible through a rear balcony will receive a hot tub. The structural scope involves all new elements to support the third floor addition. The mechanical scope involves the installation of a new hvac system independent from the existing system that will remain undistubed. The plumbing scope involves the extension of the existing system. The electrical scope involves the extension of the existing system. The exterior envelope will receive a brick facade to match existing material and color. The party and rear walls will receive cement board panels. The roof will be a bitumen built up roof and an accessible rooftop deck consisting of composite material.
