The work consists of removing an old turf regrading a gravel base milling an asphalt track paving an asphalt track installing a new turf and installing a decorative skirting around the bottom of the bleachers which consists of a brick facade and hangs from the bottom of the bleachers. It is my understanding after reviewing the plans with neil sullivan in the building department that the portion of this work which requires a short form permit is the brick facade which hangs from the bleachers. The work is to be conducted from may 25th - august 31st. The total contract is for 2 015 093 but the total of the brick facade work is 5 400. It is my understanding the permit fee will apply to the facade work.
