The new expansion shall occur adjacent to the existing tennis courts. The existing club areas shall be reconfigured to be seamlessly integrated in to the expansion. There shall be no work in the existing tennis courts. This permit scope is for foundation review only and there shall be no deep foundations in this project. The new expansion structure shall be attached to an adjacent concrete parking garage, which was permitted recently under a different permit. One of the egress stair for this scope is integrated into the parking garage construction.
