Sperry tents is installing the annual pavilion structure in the astor terrace at the st. Regis hotel. This is the third winter the structure is being installed. Original engineered stamp and wind load calculations are valid and updated for 2013. Flame certificates are valid. Site plan is valid. This permit is solely for the integrity of the structure and is admissible for standing room only such as cocktail parties and receptions. The fire safety package will be installed upon completion which includes fire extinguishers, exit signs and no smoking signs. The permit is valid for days. If the structure is desired past february 1st then this permit will be reviewed and renewed.

Sperry tents is erecting a 30x navitrak frame tent in the backyard of a private residence. This structure will remain for the entirety of the winter in order to provide a warm and safe inclosure for the family to play in the backyard. There will be no eqipment other than sports toys such as balls, bats and other items that can be thrown back and forth. No smoking or cooking is permited under the tent. There will be clear sides around the entire tent with 2 velcro opening for easy entry and exit. All flame certificates are valid and present.
