I do not want to make any changes to the dog park address assignment. The parcel also has what appears to be a now vacant single family home using a 1579 oteen church rd address assignment. There is some type of structure behind and to the west the home. I dont know what it is. It has a light colored roof top. Not sure if it needs a separate address assignment. To the south / south west of the house is a 1 azalea rd e address point. I believe that area had a smaller now demolished out building. I want to delete the 1 address from our system. Adjacent to that area where the 1 point is located is a cabin known as the thomas wolfe cabin. I dont think we have ever assigned the cabin an addr

When the original application was submitted, we received an agreement between the preservation society and the city, but i wanted to make sure that agreement is covering all the work at the location or if we need to have your signature or coa on the new application that was submitted.
