Install five 2-inch groundwater monitoring wells using hollow-stem auger drilling to obtain soil and groundwater samples across the property. The groundwater monitoring wells will be completed to a depth of feet below ground surface with a . 2 slot screen from 5 feet below ground surface to feet below ground surface. The screen will be covered with filter sand to two feet above the screen level. The remaining space surrounding the wells will then be filled with a hydrated bentonite slurry, 2 pounds powdered bentonite to 1 pound water. The wells will then be flush mounted with locking well caps. Four soil boring will be done to a depth of approximately feet bellow ground surface. Four temporary piezometers will be placed in order to collect water samples. These will be removed the same day as excavation. Three temporary soil vapor points will also be placed to a depth of 15 ft.
