After hours permit required work hours are 10: pm to 4: am sunday to thursday night only. Perform ring cut at existing espire handhole, leave 1 slack, trench 209 and place (2) 1-1/4" conduit e/w (1) 48 fiber. Remove and replace 616 sq. Ft. Asphalt and sq ft of concrete sidewalk. Fiber enters building and leave slack coil. The attached plans and conditions are apart of this permit. If steel plates are used at this job site an additionalpermit is needed.

10th Street Nw And G Street Nw Washington Dc
Excavate and expose existing l-3 conduit and active fiber cable. Slit conduit with cable to expose cable and remove conduit. Lay fiber to new trench utilizing existing slack from nearby handholes. Place (6) new 1-1/2" hdpe and use couplers to reconnect to existiong conduit. Use (2) 1-1/2" split pie for level 3 and at &t fiber. The attached plan and conditions are apart of this permit. If steel plates are used at this job site an additional permit is needed.

12 G Street Nw Washington Dc
Overset 3x3x3 manhole on existing conduit and splice fiber for service connection to building. Trench 29 and place (1) 4" pvc e/w (3) 1-1/4" indts and (1) 96 fiber from splice point in 12th st nw to building. To remove and replace 96 square feet of asphalt. Remove and replace square feet of sidewalk. The restoration of sidewalk and roadway are included in this permit. Hours permitted to work are between 9: am to 3: pm monday thru friday.

5 4th Street Nw Washington Dc
Place (4) 1 1/4" hdpe from existing verizon manhole for 564 and stub conduit behind curb. Place (1) 1 1/4" hdpe for 25 and 47. R/r 2,553 sq. Ft. Of asphalt and r/r 135 sq. Ft. Of concrete s/w. Extended restoration may be required. Level of restoration to be determined by ddot. A ddot public space construction inspector (202-645-7050) must authorize any restoration before work begins.
