Finishing two basement bedrooms and one basement bathroom. Project was started by previous owners (plumbing supply and drain pipes already in place, wall framing including doorways in place, and several recessed lights are in place but not wired) also hvac supply and returns are already installed. Below are items we will be completing as we finish this part of the basement. Bedrooms: 1. Install 1. 5" foam board insulation behind existing 2x4 framed walls. 2. Seal foam board insulation with seam tape and spray foam insulation (fire block) from aerosol can. 3. Electrical system to be installed by licensed electrician. 4. Install 1/2" sheetrock on walls and ceiling 5. Install trim, closet doors, and main doors for bedrooms 6. Install carpet bathroom: 1.
