The proposed scope of work for this project is to repair and replace existing finishes to the facade storefronts. Existing storefront system components, including doors, fixed glass, frames and trim, will be replaced within existing rough and/or masonry openings. All work will take place at the existing building perimeter or existing bay windows. No additions are a part of this scope of work. Existing light fixtures within the bay window ceilings will be replaced with new fixtures only at existing locations and will be wired to existing switches and circuits. New wall mounted exterior weather proof lighting fixtures will be installed at the exterior front facades and will be wired to existing circuits. No mechanical work except to replace window ac units in kind. No plumbing work. No excavation work. All work shall be installed and or performed in accordance with district of columbia codes and regulations under the auspices of a licensed general and or subcontractors.
