This work includes utility relocations and foundation work associated with ddots 395-tunnel project, also known as the capitol crossing project. Work will take place on monday-friday from 7pm to 12am and on sunday from 8am to 8pm starting 1/30/15 and concluding 12/31/16. This work is located in the ddot right-of-way and has been permitted by dcra under bciv1300040. This permit includes exemption from noise provisions set forth in section 2707 of title of the dc municipal regulations and construction noise is not to exceed an average level of 85 decibels.

This after hours permit covers the capitol crossing platform, garage, tunnel, bridges and concourse work including the enabling work and foundation work associated with ddots 395-tunnel project, also known as the capitol crossing project. Work will take place monday-saturday, 24 hours a day in i-395/the highway from 12:00am to 11:59pm and on sunday from 8am to 8pm starting 2/24/2015 and concluding 12/31/2016. This work is located in the ddot right-of-way and has been permitted by dcra under bciv1400102 and fd1400148. Ddot has permitted the work intended under permit nos. Pa-101902. This permit includes exemption from noise provisions set forth in section 2707 of title of the dc municipal regulations and construction noise is not to exceed an average level of 85 decibels.
