Environmental soil borings for due diligence investigation. Advance a series of environmental soil borings at the subject site to collect soil and groundwater samples for field screening and laboratory analysis. The soil borings are being conducted as part of a due diligence investigation associated with a real estate transaction. Investigation derived waste -idw- will be laboratory tested and removed from the property for disposal. Permanent casing will not be used as the proposed borings will be abandoned and grouted upon the collection of grab soil and groundwater samples. Borings will only be advanced into the upper level of the surficial aquifer to facilitate the collection of groundwater samples and will not extend through the surficial water bearing zone. Ten direct-push -geoprobe- soil borings -gp-1 through gp-10- for grab soil and groundwater samples. Borings to be grouted upon completion. No well installations. The soil boring diameter will be two inches by max depth of 25 fe
