This is an existing vacant two-story historic building that is currently under renovation. The project has already been approved and permitted (13-02001-rnvs). A coa from the hdlc was received (12-27288-hdlc) and amended at a later date (13-31772-hdlc). Recent changes to the storefront will require a new hdlc coa review and approval. The storefront was originally shown as aluminum-framed with a cement plaster base. The new proposed storefront will be entirely wood-framed. The location of the main entrance has also been changed from the center to the the side of the storefront system. This application is in reference to the storefront only and no other changes are being made to the original building permit.
