Proposed work in public space along 24th street, nw includes new granite curb with brick gutter and new cobblestone pavement in between the proposed tree boxes fronting the street. Paving along 24th street also includes a new 8 brick sidewalk. Six (6) new street tree pit areas, which contain 6 new street trees, are proposed along 24th street. One large non-street tree is to remain in the western portion of 24th street, and 18 additional trees are proposed along the faade of the new building. New site fixtures include 5 new street lights. Two (2) new handicap ramps are proposed along 24th street, one located at each intersection.
